Limited warranty policy and disclaimer information.

Parts warranty:

My Locksmith in Houston offers a 90 day warranty for all products supplied when you hire our locksmith services. This includes the replacement of parts and components as covered by the manufacturer.

Some locks and other components that we supply to our customer base have warranties beyond the 90 days that we cover. Beyond the 90 days you can contact the manufacture to get replacement parts, locks and related components.

Our warranty and the warranties offered by most manufactures do not cover their products if they have been molested, taken apart, modified in any way or intentionally damaged. We do however cover defects in workmanship and manufacturing within the 90 day period.

Locksmith service warranty:

Our 90 day warranty also covers the locksmith services that we provide to you. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with our service we will come to you within a 1-3 day period of time and access the defects, damages and overall evaluate your particular situation. We will look for concerns regarding proper installation techniques, neglect and other claims. If we do find that we were indeed at fault we will provide the locksmith services to you free of charge in order to rectify the problem.
